Betsy Rae Smith, age 92, transitioned peacefully from this life-time on April 12th, 2023 in the presence of her brother and sister, her grand-daughter and great-great-grandson. Betsy was living in Stevenson, Washington. Betsy was born July 5, 1931 in Aliksha, Oklahoma. Her parents, James Arnold Wood and Ruby Florence Kelsoe. She was the oldest of 5 children.
