Terry Alan Phillips, 65, passed away September 22, 2016 at Ochoco National Forest in eastern Oregon. He was born February 13, 1951 to David and Beth Phillips in Salem, Ore.
Terry graduated from Phoenix High School in 1969. He married Andrea Nikodym June 20, 1970 in Phoenix, Ore. He was a self-employed general contractor and was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Medford, Ore. and Oregon Hunters Association.
Terry is survived by his loving wife, Andrea; his children, Tessa (Jon), Martinson; Amber (Bill) Jones, Travis (Johanna) Phillips, and Alan (Jena) Phillips; seven grandchildren; his parents, David and Beth Phillips; brothers, Dale, Steve, Daniel, Scott, and Todd, and sister, Kimberly and their families. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Myron and Alma Howell and Wendell and Belva Phillips and brother-in-law, Tom Nikodym.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday, September 29 at 1:00 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, 1974 E. McAndrews Rd., Medford, Ore. Memorial contributions may be made to First Church of the Nazarene Work and Witness Scholarships.
