Sylvia Irene Sloper (Logan)

Sylvia Irene Sloper, 98, of Medford, OR passed Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015. She was born March 7, 1917 in Peculiar, MO. to Robert Clyde & Sylvia Edith(Webster) Logan. Sylvia has been a Rogue Valley resident most of her life coming here at a very young age. She married Harold Cecil Sloper who preceded. Sylvia had worked in the offices of Harry & David corp. for over 20 years. She enjoyed cooking especially for her grandchildren.
Survivors include two children; a son Gerald(Connie) Sloper of Grants Pass, OR and a daughter Arlene Sloper of Medford, OR, nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Sylvia was preceded by her parents, husband Harold, daughter Loretta Callahan and a granddaughter Deanna Sue Tycksen.
Funeral services are scheduled for 4:00pm, Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at the Memory Gardens Chapel, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, OR. She will be laid to rest beside Harold in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
