Maxine Faye (Wagner) Nelson, age 95, of Shady Cove, OR passed Monday, Aug. 15, 2016 at her home. She was born Nov. 16, 1920 in Kansas City, KS to Walter & Ethel(Clark) Wagner. She married Vernon Faye Nelson who preceded her. She has a son Richard L. "Rick" (Sheila) Nelson of Shady Cove, OR. She will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Medford, OR.
