Luther L. Riley, 93, passed away January 7, 2016. He was born May 25, 1922 in Floresville, Texas. Luther was a World War II veteran and technical sergeant in the United States Air Force. He retired from McClellan Air Force Base in Sacramento, Calif.
Jacquelyn A. Riley, 92, passed away November 16, 2015. She was born March 2, 1923 in Ashland, Kans. Jackie was a homemaker who later earned a nursing degree and retired from Auburn Faith Hospital.
Luther and Jackie celebrated their 71st wedding anniversary May 10, 2015. They enjoyed fishing and were members of the Church of Christ for decades.
They are survived by their four daughters, Ora Lash of Medford, Mintze Riley of Sacramento, Calif., Cynthia Nixon of Tulsa, Okla., and Debi DeAngelo of Medford, Ore.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial service and celebration of life for Luther and Jackie will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, April 9, 2015 at Memory Gardens Mortuary, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, Ore.
