Kennedy Rayne Smith, age 5 days, passed Friday, May 5, 2017 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. She was born to Jacob Alan Smith and Jordyn Brianne Weaver. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00AM Saturday, May 13, 2017 at the first Church of the Nazarene on McAndrews Avenue in Medford, OR. She will be laid to rest in a private family ceremony in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
