Jerry L. Gardner

Jerry L. Gardner, 83 of Medford, Oregon passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2015 at his home. He was born December 20, 1931 in Bement, Illinois to Lewis and Hazel (Warren) Gardner.
Jerry joined the United States Navy in 1949 till 1953. He married Pearl Louise Auten in Norfolk, Virginia in 1951. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1967. He worked as a machinist and was a professional drummer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Jerry was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Crater Lake Aerie #2093 and Masons in Jacksonville.
He is survived by son, Kenneth (Susan) Gardner of Phoenix, Arizona; daughter, Virginia (Kirk) Jepsen of Salem, Oregon; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Jerry was preceded in death by his wife Pearl and son, Aaron Gardner.
