He was born in Richmond, California to Fred and Beulah Harsha. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Frederick and Gene Harsha.
He is survived by his wife Suzanne Harsha, 2 sons Jeff and Mike Harsha, 2 step children, Jennifer and Jared Miller, 6 grandchildren and 7 great grand children.
Services will be June 10th at 2:00PM at the VA National Cemetery in Eagle Point. 2763 Riley Road.
There will be a private family gathering at 1065 Washburn Lane in Medford Oregon following the service.
