Frank Ferreira Jardim, age 74 years, passed Wednesday, May 3, 2017. He was born June 20, 1942 in Madiera Calhete, Portugal to Francisco Jardim and Henriqueta Ferreira Gomes. He married Conny Nascimento who survives. Funeral services are being planned for Shepherd of the Valley Catholic Church, 600 Beebe Rd, Central Point, OR. He will be laid to rest in the mausoleum in Memory Gardens Memorial Park, Medford, OR.
