Elizabeth Ann Thronburg (Rodgers)

March 17, 1951 - April 25, 2017

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Elizabeth Ann Thronburg, April 25, 2017 after her long, courageous battle with cancer.

Elizabeth was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Raymond and Anna Rodgers. She was raised in the Medford area and graduated from Phoenix High School in 1969. She served in the U.S. Navy before marrying the love of her life, Duane Thronburg in June 1974.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and spoiling her beloved dogs. She liked reading, cooking, and watching movies. She loved dolphins and thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the beach. She also liked to take trips to the casino for fun.

Elizabeth is survived by her four daughters, Teri Walker, Sarah Camidge, Christy Thronburg, and Maria Andrews; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Duane and two of her grandchildren, Kayla and Emily Camidge.

She will be laid to rest at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 3,2017 at Eagle Point National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens, Arnold Lane, Medford, Ore.

She will be greatly missed, but will be forever in our hearts.
