David Winston Quick, 67 of Phoenix, Ore. passed away on Friday, June 19, 2015 at his home. He was born January 2, 1948 in Merrick, New York to Stanley and Victoria (Eaton) Quick.
David served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He has been a resident of the Rogue Valley for about 40 years, living in Jacksonville, Talent and Phoenix. He enjoyed gold mining, mushroom hunting, music and drawing.
He is survived by son, Jesse Quick of Phoenix, Ore.; daughters, Jessica Kosel of Medford, Ore.; Carley Quick of White City, Ore.; Julie Gentry of Parkville, Maryland.; Melissa Escavage of Millerville, Maryland.; and seven grandchildren. David was preceded in death by parents, Stanley and Victoria (Eaton) Quick and brothers, Stephen and Paul Quick.
