Bill Lee Waits, age 83 years, passed Sunday, Oct. 29, 2017 at his home. He was born Oct. 28, 1934 in Roxton, TX to Alvin & Faye(Wilson) Waits. In 1954 he married Carol F. Harpole who survives. Memorial services are planned for 11:00 AM Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017 at the Memory Gardens Chapel, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, OR. with a reception to follow at 333 Mt. View Drive, Talent, OR. He will be laid to rest in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
