Beverly Jean Weaver, age 78, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 2, 2020 in Medford, Oregon due to complications after a stroke she suffered in August. She was surrounded by loving family members as she passed into her heavenly rest.
Beverly was born in Medford on March 14, 1941 to Paul and Merna Schaffer. She loved spending time with her grandmother, who passed down her love for gardening and a host of different pets. Beverly was a caring daughter, loving wife and beloved mother of six children, including Brian Keith Lisac who preceded her in death. Beverly had a daycare for 20 years in Talent, Oregon. She was a member of the Talent Bee Club and loved her church family at the Central Neighborhood Church, where she attended for the last 15 years. Beverly was actively involved in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed trips with her family to the coast, botanical gardens and farmers markets. She especially loved finding beautiful flowers and new plants to fill her garden and her house.
She is survived by her children: Jeff (& Jennifer) Lisac, Gina (& Adam) Taylor (residing in Medford, OR) Rachel (& Ed) Torres (residing in Central Point, OR) Scarlet (& Drew) McConahie (residing in Medford, OR) and Paul Ledesma of Seattle, WA; as well as 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be reserved for the immediate family only.
