Alvin Francis Kelm, age 79 yrears, passed Monday, Sept. 25, 2017 at Flying Hawk Foster Care in Medford, OR. He was born Oct. 31, 1938 in Eugene, OR. He served honorably in the US Navy. Al married Sakae Taninomiya who preceded him. He had worked for the State of Oregon Employment Division. They have a son Andrew(Natalie)Kelm of Medford, OR. He will be laid to rest with Sakae in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
