Anita Louise Tolner

March 6, 1945 - January 26, 2022

Anita Louise Tolner, age 76 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 26, 2022. Anita was born March 6, 1945 to Albert and Marcella(Harris) Fenn, in San Diego, California. After losing her parents at age 12, she and her 5 siblings were adopted by the Lee family. In 1969, at 24, she married the love of her life, Don Tolner. They had 7 kids, Jacqueline (Jacque), Belinda (Bunny), Debbie and Donna, Susan, Donald (Donnie), and Joyce, and they were married for 33 adventurous years, until Don went home to be with Jesus in 2002. Anita was an excellent housekeeper and gardener, she loved to sew and play the piano. She adored her dog Snuggles and he loved her. She was close with her sister Yvonne and spent a lot of time with her in Klamath Falls—they did a lot of their gardening there. She enjoyed spending time with her kids and grandkids, whether it was letting the grand- girls do her makeup, which usually made her look like a clown, or going out for margaritas and having sleepovers. She was a selfless and generous mom and Grandma/Granny/Nanny and we will all miss her dearly — until we see her again in Heaven. She is survived by her 7 children, 18 grandkids, 11 great grand kids and 4 siblings. Service to be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 2:00pm at the Memory Gardens Chapel, 1395 Arnold Lane, Medford, OR. She will be laid to rest beside Don in Memory Gardens Memorial Park.
